She has answered all of my complex and ongoing questions with regards to what medical plan would best serve my needs. I had been deluged with companies wanting to take me on as an insured once I reached 65 yrs old. But Shay was able to explain my choices to me, gather personal details of my medical history and find the perfect plan that I’ve been happy with for a year now. Shay is never too busy find time to call me back when I have any questions, either. I try to limit my calls since she’s in high demands with other people reliant upon her expertise and advice. Shay deserves a five star rating!

Wow. It wasn’t long ago when I attended a seminar where Shay and her team we’re offering information on how to sign up for Medicare. During the previous year, I was led to believe that this was going to be too overwhelming or it was going to be too difficult unless we had help. Shay and her team were amazing. The information they provided at the seminar would have been enough to begin the registration process! however… Days later, she reached out to me and we began corresponding… Not only was it easy because of Shay and her team, but it was kind of fun! Shay is very good at her job… I know a thing or two about customer service and she is at the top of the list! I want to give a sincere “Thank you” to Shay. Just as COVID was shutting everything down, I was laid off and turned 65. I knew nothing about Medicare. Shay walked me through what Medicare was, how to get the most out of it and put my mind at ease. Due to health issues this year, my wife and I have had almost $60,000 in medical expenses, but, because we had the right plans in place, we have paid less than $2500 in total out-of-pocket costs. This includes the costs for all of our large list of medications.
